Predictions

Often, when a person comes to see me their main objective is to obtain some degree of certainty of a definite outcome, i.e. a prediction.  They want 'guarantees'.

Generally their only interest is to hear something along the lines of:  winning lotto, or their 'soulmate' coming into their life.

However, what these people fail to realise is that their reality is not defined by what the psychic tells them, but what they have in fact manifested for themselves based upon their underlying attitudes, thoughts, beliefs and emotions - projected in the past.

Generally speaking, these types of people don't want to make any effort to be responsible for themselves or their outcomes.  They seek immediate gratification and a quick fix 'make me feel good' answer.

I had to laugh recently when I read that Matt Le Blanc of Friends had given a psychic a $5000 bonus because she had earlier predicted that his new show Joey was going to be a success.  What he doesn't understand is, that what he achieved in terms of success isn't because of the 'magic wand' of a psychic, but what he himself had created because of his own efforts.  The psychic was only tapping into what was already being manifested.

Therefore, when people ask me to do prediction, I give them the simple analogy that spirit impressed upon me:

A student comes to me and asks: "Am I going to pass my exams"?  They are seeking a definite Yes or No answer.  Yet, the response isn't that simple.  It is defined by a number of factors:

*   The IQ of the student
*   The amount of effort they are putting into their studies
*   Their state of health
*   Unforseen factors
*   Their Free Will

Now, at the present moment the question is asked the answer could be summarised as a likely Yes.  However, I would never tell the student that.  Do you know WHY?  Well, the minute you do, you change the dynamics of the situation.  The student goes home with the idea in their head that they are certain to pass, slack off studying and then fail.  But who do they blame?  Not themselves, but the psychic who told them YES.

As far as guarantees go, there are no guarantees.  There are only probabilities and possiblities.  We have the Free Will to change our mind and therefore our directions at any moment, thus altering our destiny.

The only thing certain is change.  (Now that's an oxymoron!)

I suggest that to develop a greater understanding of the nature of this, one perhaps watch The Butterfly Effect.  Prediction also relates to Chaos Theory in physics.

A psychic may see the possibility of 'someone' coming into their life, but that is no measure of the person seizing the opportunity, nor determining its longterm success.  We create our realilty in every moment.

If we have unresolved issues about our self worth, accepting abundance, etc., then any possibility of abundance coming into our life will only be deflected by these unresolved issues.  Therefore, in order to bring what you want into your life, you need to change from within.  Your internal programming.  There are many modalities you can utilise to achieve this, such as:

Reiki
Reconnective Healing
Flower Essences
Letting Go (past hurts, etc.)
Cutting the Ties that Bind (Phyllis Crystal)
Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
Prayer
Spiritual Healing

So if it is change you desire in your life.  YOU are solely responsible for creating that.  No psychic can wave a magic wand and make it happen in one reading!  Expecting to hear simple Yes or No answers, or information about someone else, does nothing to change your situation.  It is only avoiding the effort involved to create change.  Just as you won't see results from one gym session, or a day of dieting - each step you take is making subtle changes, which add to the sum of the outcome.

Melbourne Cup 2004

Here is another example of the difficulty in interpreting messages from spirit.

On Tuesday November 2, 2004, I awoke with the message from spirit that the 'winning numbers' for the Melbourne Cup that day were:

5 1-and-2

However, I took this message literally, as you can see by the attached bets.  However, what Spirit were trying to impress upon me was that these were the 'winning numbers' but in a non literal sense:  5, 1  (1)-and-2 was the actual message, but I didn't understand the manner in which it was given to me.  Just like the ambiguous phrase: Don't stop!.

The winning Melbourne Cup horse / numbers were:

1st    Makybe Diva   Number 5
2nd   Vinnie Roe      Number 1
3rd    Zazzman        Number 12  (1 and 2)

What a nice price my Trifecta would have paid had I interpreted the message correctly - $2,504!

China, 2008

A couple of years ago after attending a Bird Flu Strategy Planning Seminar for a multi-national company, I began to get a sensation that 2008 would be a significant year for this virus.  It appears that one of the primary sources of where the H5N1 emerged from is China, which then spread through to Hong Kong, and into other countries via migratory birds and infected poultry.

I began to see a pattern, going back to 1918-19 when Influenza swept the world killing millions with it.  Scientists have since discovered this early outbreak was avian in origin.  Since that time, episodes have occurred almost regularly at 39 and 11 year intervals.   A numerologist informed me that 39 represents travel, and 11 is about karma and balance.

Currently the virus is around Stage 3.  However, if it reaches Stage 4 or higher, it can have tragic consequences around the world, not only in loss of life but crippling industries.

Scientists believe we are long overdue for another outbreak.  I just hope it doesn't occur when many people from all around the world will be travelling to China later this year.  8-8-08
